Online Banking First Time Login Directions

City National Bank is able to empower its customers to perform their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they wish with City National Bank's Online Banking. With point and click simplicity, even novice users can have immediate access to vital banking functions, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


Username: Existing Login from old site.

Temporary Password: Existing Login + last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. For example, if your user name was jdoe and your social is 123-45-6789, your temporary password would be jdoe6789.


For some customers with multiple accounts, your previous login may not allow you access.  If you experience a problem, please try one of your other account numbers.  If you still have a problem, please call us at 325-728-5221 or Email the Bank.  We can get you on the system in a matter of minutes.  We apologize for the inconvenience but think you will be pleased with the changes.
